Established early 1920’s, the club has been at the heart of the Wakefield community. We are set in parklike surroundings with a small but strong membership. The courts are totally open to the general public.
Location: Southern end of the Wakefield domain, Wakefield township.
Courts: 4 asphalt Courts.
Facilities: Clubhouse, and BBQ area with large playing areas surrounding the courts.
Members: 8 senior players, 29 juniors.
Coaching: Beginner – Intermediate Junior Coaching is available. Advanced Junior Coaching takes place at Tasman Tennis Centre. Senior Coaching including mid week ladies available on request.
Junior Tennis: Junior Interclub Teams join in with Tasman Tennis Centre.
Senior Tennis: Monday ladies day team. Tuesday night ladies competition. Thursday night social tennis league.
Social Tennis: New members welcome to come along anytime. Thursday nights social league with other teams from around the region.
