Adult Group Coaching – TennisXpress
TennisXpress is a new, social, group tennis programme for people of all ages. This programme is designed for people wanting to learn how to play tennis. These lessons are about learning tactical and technical aspects of the game, whilst having lots of fun!
Adult Group Coaching – Intermediate & Advanced
Aimed at those who have been playing for some time, may compete regularly and are developing their own game style. This course will help you raise your game by working on your technique and tactics.
Cardio Tennis
You don’t need to know how to play tennis to take part in this fun tennis-inspired energy workout! It’s not about whether you can slam a volley or serve an ace, it’s about getting out on the court, raising your heart heart and getting in a 60 minute workout! Private Lessons
Ashleigh and Christie both offer exclusive one-on-one mentor and training sessions, These are a great opportunity to isolate technique, concentrate on match development and physical fitness all in one. We can get you ready to join one of our club’s interclub teams or just to play socially, and introduce you to other like-minded players. These lessons are available in either half hour, forty-five minute or one hour session times and can be either a personal session or shared by family members or friends.
